Users must not:

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

In case of any conflict between these terms and local laws, the provisions of Indian law shall prevail.
